New Email Management Options on the NEO Finance platform

We would like to inform you that we have improved the functionality of the NEO Finance platform to offer you an even wider choice of personalised emails sent under contract. From now on, you can choose not to receive emails on our website about a situation where a borrower is subject to cancellation of the contract, i.e. when the borrower pays overdue repayments.

When you go to the notification management section of your account, you will see two different notification options: when the system cancels the cancellation and when the administrator does so. In the first case, the cancellation can be initiated by the NEO Finance or by the debt collection company Legal Balance, while in the second case, the system automatically cancels the cancellation when the borrower pays the overdue instalments.  

To opt out of these types of notifications, click on 'Manage notifications' in your account settings and tick the boxes for 'Investor cancellation alert (admin)' and 'Investor cancellation alert (system)'.  

Please note that in this case you will only receive information about this situation in your personal account on our website.  

In case you wish to continue receiving email notifications about a situation where the borrower of your existing investment has postponed payments, you do not need to do anything.
