Supervisory board of NEO Finance joined by Vytautas Bučiūnas

NEO Finance has welcomed a new member of the Supervisory board – Vytautas Bučiūnas, businessman, coaching professional and consultant of leadership and organisational development.

Vytautas has a solid track record of working in Swedbank group in Lithuania and Russia: he led the Kaliningrad and Saint Petersburg units for three and two years, respectively. He was also vice-chair of the board and head of Corporate banking division at Swedbank Lithuania, and worked at European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Currently, Vytautas spends most of his time in Kyiv, Ukraine, where he manages his company U-Integral. Its activities mainly include consulting and training of the companies and the highest-level executives.

In the Supervisory board, Vytautas will work with its chair, businessman Antanas Danys, and lawyer, lecturer of Mykolas Romeris university, Marius Laurinaitis.
