2. Can I agree or disagree to the Platform User Agreement at any time and thus pay/not pay Investor Platform Fee?
Yes, you can agree or disagree to the Platform User Agreement at any time, but you can only do so once every six months for free.
If you decide to stop using the platform for a second time within the 6-month period, your investment opportunity will be suspended. You will only be able to reconfirm the contract and resume investing free of charge 6 months after the date of this second non-acceptance. If you wish to return to the platform before this period, you will need to confirm the terms and conditions and pay a one-off renewal fee of EUR 6.

3. Will I be able to sell my active investments if I do not accept the Platform User Agreement and the Investor Platform Fee?
Yes, you will still be able to sell your active investments on the secondary market, even if you do not accept Platform User Agreement and the Investor Platform Fee.
4. How will the Investor Platform Fee be deducted?
The Investor Platform Fee will be deducted directly from the investor's primary account each month. If there are insufficient funds in the primary account, but funds are available in other NEO Finance accounts, the Investor Platform Fee will be automatically deducted from the available funds in other NEO Finance accounts.
5. What happens if there are not enough funds in my account to pay the fee?
If there are not enough funds in the account to pay the fee, the system will deduct as much as possible, and the remaining unpaid amount will be recorded as an outstanding obligation. The fee will be automatically covered as soon as funds become available.
A negative balance can accumulate for up to 6 months. If, at the same time, the account receives enough funds for both fee payment and investments, the outstanding fee will be covered first.
If within 6 months the account does not receive enough funds to cover the accumulated fee, platform services will be restricted – investing in both the primary and secondary markets, as well as creating automatic investment listings, will not be possible. Service restrictions will remain in place until the full accumulated fee is paid. During the service suspension period, while you cannot use the platform, the Investor Platform Fee will not be charged.
