INVESTOR OF THE MONTH

GAME RULES
 

1. General provisions:

1.1. The organiser of the INVESTOR OF THE MONTH game (hereinafter – the Game) is NEO Finance, AB, legal entity reg. no. 303225546, registered office at Verkių str. 25C-1, Vilnius (hereinafter – the Organiser).
1.2. The game takes place online at www.neofinance.com and www.paskoluklubas.lt websites (hereinafter – the Websites).
1.3. Only the registered users holding of the investor account on the P2P lending platform (hereinafter – the Platform) at www.paskoluklubas.lt and www.neofinance.com can participate in the Game.
1.4. Duration of the Game –26-30 November 2018, inclusive.
1.5. Employees and family members of the Organiser shall have no right to participate in the Game.
1.6. These rules of the Game (hereinafter – the Rules) apply to all participants of the Game.
1.7. Information about the Game is published on the Websites. Newsletters are also sent to current newsletter-subscribed investors.

2. Terms of the Game:

2.1. People who are willing to participate in the Game, within the period from 26 November 2018 to 30 November 2018 inclusive, shall:
2.1.1. Hold the investor account on the Platform.
2.1.2. Deposit their NEO Finance e-money account with at least EUR 200.
2.2. People who deposit their NEO Finance e-money account as specified in Paragraph above, will obtain the status of the participant of the Game.
2.3. Only the deposits from accounts of other financial institutions can participate in the Game.
2.4. Deposits from additional NEO Finance e-money accounts cannot participate in the Game.

3. The prize:

3.1. The prize of the Game is EUR 200 (two hundred euros), intended for investment on the Platform.
3.2. The prize cannot be exchanged for an equivalent amount that could be used for purposes other than investment on the Platform.

4. Announcement of the winner:

4.1. The winner of the Game is determined by a random pick according to the procedure below:
4.1.1. Unique numbers of the users specified on the Platform who have acquired the status of the participant of the Game will be selected.
4.1.2. Sequence numbers will be assigned to the unique numbers of the users.
4.1.3. The random sequence number will then be automatically picked with the help of www.random.org.
4.1.4. The prize winner will be published on the Websites.

5. Awarding the prize:

5.1. The winner of the Game will be contacted personally via contacts specified in the personal investor account. The prize of the Game will be transferred to the winner’s personal NEO Finance e-money account no later than within 3 (three) business days from the date of publication of the winner on the Websites.

6. Other provisions:

6.1. The Organiser of the Game is not responsible for the actions or technical errors of the participants of the Game.
6.2. The Organiser of the Game shall not be held liable and shall not compensate any costs incurred by the participants of the Game.
6.3. The Organiser of the Game reserves the right to change the rules and conditions of the Game or terminate the Game at any time. The Organiser undertakes to give a prior notification thereof on the Websites.
